PRE-ORDER FAQ

When do pre-orders open?
Open Mondays at 9 AM, closes Tuesdays at midnight (or when sold out). Pick-up is Friday afternoon/evening (porch only).

Where do I pick up?
Pick-up is located on the front porch (not the stand). Your items will be labeled with your name. The address will be included in your confirmation email.

How do I pay?
Pre-orders are e-transfer only.

Can I order large quantities?
Yes! Please email at least one week in advance.

What if I miss my pick-up?
Please email us if a pick-up time change is needed. Orders not picked up within 1 day are cancelled with no refund (to ensure freshness).
