PRE-ORDER FAQ

When do pre-orders open?
Opens Sundays at 8 AM, closes Tuesdays at 8AM.

Pick-up dates: Thursdays (2PM-7PM) & Fridays (11AM-5PM)

Where do I pick up?
Pick-up is located on the front porch (not the stand). Your items will be labeled with your name.

The address is included on the order form and will be re-included in your confirmation email.

How do I pay?
Pre-orders are e-transfer only.

If your e-transfer is not received by the date listed in the order form- your order will be cancelled.

Can I order large quantities?
Yes! Please email at least one week in advance.

What if I miss my pick-up?
Please email us if a pick-up time change is needed.

Orders not picked up within 1 day (without notice) are cancelled with no refund (to ensure freshness).
