    Where are you located?
    We’re at 14310 Old Simcoe Road, Prince Albert, Ontario.

    When is the stand open?
    The stand is open Saturdays and Sundays only, starting at 9:00 AM until sold out.

    How early should I arrive at the stand?
    We recommend arriving close to 9:00 AM — many items sell out quickly!

    How do I pay at the stand? Exact cash/change or e-transfer (oldsimcoesourdough@gmail.com)

    Where do I park when I visit the stand?
    Please park on the side of the road as far as you can over when visiting the stand- please do not block the driveway. For pre-orders feel free to park in the driveway.

  • 🥖 Pre-ordering & Pick-Up

    How do pre-orders work?
    We currently offer pre-orders once weekly (planning to increase to twice weekly in the fall).

    Opens: Mondays at 9:00 AM

    Closes: Tuesdays at midnight or when sold out

    Pick-up: Friday afternoon-evening (porch pick-up only)

    Do you accept cash or e-transfer?
    Pre-orders are e-transfer ONLY.

    Can I reserve items for same-day pick-up?
    Sorry, we cannot hold items from the stand — it’s first come, first served. Pre-orders are the best way to guarantee you’ll get what you want.

    Can I order large quantities?
    Yes — for large orders, please email us at least one week in advance.

    What happens if I can’t pick up my pre-order?
    Email us if changes are needed. If your order isn’t picked up within 1 day of your scheduled date and time, it will be cancelled with no refund to ensure freshness.

  • 🌾 Ingredients & Quality

    What ingredients do you use in your sourdough items?
    Our sourdough is 100% yeast-free (that’s what makes it sourdough!) and made with:

    Naturally fermented sourdough starter

    Unbleached flour

    Salt

    Filtered water

    Do you offer gluten-free options?
    Currently, we do not offer gluten-free sourdough options.

    Is your home bakery inspected?
    Yes! Our home kitchen is approved and inspected by Durham Public Health and is DineSafe certified. I also hold a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

    Do you do orders for fundraisers or small events?
    Definitely! Please email us so we can discuss the details.

    Do you do workshops?
    Not yet… but soon! We’re planning some for the winter — think how to make sourdough bread or cinnamon roll workshops. Stay tuned for updates!
