Old Simcoe Sourdough started with a single loaf and a lot of curiosity. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion; the slow, mindful process of sourdough baking and the joy of sharing it with others.

There’s something special about giving a handmade loaf, warm cinnamon rolls and other fresh baked goods to a friend, neighbour, or stranger. That simple act of comfort and connection is what inspires every bake.
