Nestled in Port Perry, Old Simcoe Sourdough is a small, family run home bakery that began with a simple love for baking and sharing good food with the people closest to us. What started as a hobby, mixing, fermenting, and gifting loaves to friends and family, slowly grew as we branched out into the community and began sharing our bread more widely.

Today, we pour that same care and intention into every batch of our naturally leavened sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, and pizza dough. Each bake is handcrafted in small quantities using simple, honest ingredients and slow fermentation for deep flavour, beautiful texture, and the rustic charm we fell in love with from the very beginning.
