How to Purchase a Gift Certificate

To purchase a gift certificate, please email us at oldsimcoesourdough@gmail.com.

Be sure to include:

• Your name

• The amount you’d like on the certificate

• Whether you’d prefer a hard copy (porch pick-up) or a digital copy (for you to print or send)

We’ll follow up with next steps and payment details.

How to Redeem your Gift Certificate

Because all orders are secured through e-transfer, gift certificates are applied a little differently than a typical checkout. Please follow the instructions below when redeeming:

If your pre-order total matches your certificate amount:
Place your order through the website as usual. Once you receive your confirmation email, send us a quick message including your order confirmation number and your gift certificate number. We’ll apply your certificate and confirm your order.

If your pre-order total exceeds your certificate amount:
Place your order as usual, then send an e-transfer for the remaining balance. Be sure to include your gift certificate number in the notes/message of your e-transfer so we can apply it to your order.

Examples

Certificate amount: $10 → Order: 1 plain loaf ($10)
After ordering, email us your confirmation number and gift certificate number. No payment required.

Certificate amount: $10 → Order: 1 plain loaf ($10) + 1 cheddar loaf ($12)
Send an e-transfer for $12 and include your gift certificate number in the message. Your $10 certificate will be applied to your order.
