As I sit here on August 29th, it’s hard not to pause and reflect on the whirlwind of a summer we’ve had. From opening our stand the first weekend of June to today, the journey has been nothing short of incredible.

We are so grateful for the amazing response from our community. Every smile, every kind word, every order, it’s what drives us to dream bigger and bake better! Your support has made this summer a season to remember!!!

This summer was filled with firsts for us. First stand sell out, first pre-orders ordered, first flavours, and first connections with so many wonderful people who share our love for hand-crafted, locally-inspired sourdough. Watching our creations make their way into your homes and hearts has been the ultimate reward…

As we look ahead, we are excited for what’s next. We have some new ideas and surprises in the works, and we cannot wait to share them with you. Your continued support and enthusiasm inspire us to keep growing, innovating, and bringing the best of Old Simcoe Sourdough to the community.
